The ingredients of the medicine consist of root of bayam merah (red spinach), onion, adas (Foeciculum vulgare MILL), ketan gajih (Oryza sativa L. f. glutinosa alba Auct.), mixed to be drunk. The ingredients for the medicine is sprayed on patient's stomach and the backbone to the part of the body below the navel the ingredients consists of  wet rice, seeds of nangka bubur (a kind of jack fruit),

If the patient's body feels terribly hot, he/she has puffy stomach, this shows that he/she has inja turut kambuh.
