Application Process

Submit a completed eligibility statement along with a one-page Letter of Intent in English briefly describing the organization along with type and amount of funding sought. Letters of Intent will be accepted beginning in December, 2007 and are due by 5:00pm Friday, February 1, 2008.

If requested, full proposals will be due Thursday, April 10, 2008.

Notification of awards: June 2008.
