Native Village of Afognak — Alaska
The native village of Afognak was destroyed by devastating earthquake and Tsunami in 1964 its inhabitants were dispersed over a large geographic area. The mission of the children's cultural immersion summer camp is to bring kids back to their ancestral lands to teach them their language, culture and traditional skills.
Wardaman Dreaming Project — Australia
Filming of rock art and associated songs and stories by the last fully initiated Wardaman elder both for the indigenous people and as an archive in conjunction with the Diwurrwurru-juru Aboriginal Corporation (DAR) and Western Rock Art Research (WRAR).
Friends of the Akwesasne Freedom School — United States
Funds to provide support for the Orihiwakaionhné:ha "in the manner of the old ways" youth program which teaches traditional language skills specifically used in ceremonies, sweats, medicine societies, as well as other cultural practices of the Mohawk people.
Native American Community Board — United States
Funds to help create a 6 week immersion camp for Dakota children 3-12 on the Yankton Sioux reservation where very young children will spend time with elders being exposed to both their native language and cultural traditions.
Eco-Garden Community Based Organization — Kenya
Facilitate the continued planting of medicinal plants as well as sponsor healers passing their traditional knowledge to youth. They will also provide a guide to healing plants for the local population.

Support of the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers for their gatherings in Gabon, Spain and Italy to promote indigenous ways of life through cross-cultural spiritual practices, ministry, and education.

Document the elder and last male speaker of Kawaiisu in the use of traditional medicine plants in both Kawaiisu and English on CD and DVD.
Education Design Group, Traditional Ecological Knowledge Program — United States
Two wilderness youth camps to teach culture and traditions to Paiute youth. Covered in the program are plant medicine, traditional daily prayer work and ceremony, and other important Life Ways traditions.
