The Foundation's team comes with diverse backgrounds in scholarship, technology, management, communication, and education.

Arcania Blystone
Executive Director
Arcania joined Ringing Rocks Foundation in 2003 when it relocated to Sedona. Her background is varied. She has worked both in the medical and legal fields. Her interest in indigenous healing came from her own personal healing journey which started in 1997. This led her through the seemingly never ending realm known as "alternative medicine." Through the process, she developed a deep appreciation for the wisdom held by indigenous healers and a strong belief that they need to be conserved and passed on as tools available to not only their own cultures but as a choice for all to share. She has served the foundation in many capacities starting with receptionist and office manager. As Executive Director Arcania plans to develop stronger relationships with grassroots organizations around the world increasing the effectiveness of all our mutual endeavors.

Stephen DeNorscia
Program and Communications Director
Stephen is a graduate of Brandeis University. He developed his talents in marketing and graphic design while working for award winning firms Vermilion Design and Multi Media Arts in Boulder, CO and at the non-profit art center Montalvo in Saratoga, CA. Since joining Ringing Rocks Foundation he has blended these skills with his deep seeded belief in the sacred. In addition to his role as Communications Director, Stephen has also developed the RRF Event Series—sharing monthly presentations by some of the world's most respected indigenous wisdom keepers and is working to create a network of like-minded organizations to host these healers as they travel across the US to share their knowledge and understanding. He helped establish important relationships with our key partner organizations in the areas of conservation, communication, grant making and education outreach. He has traveled to remote villages to work closely with indigenous leaders to help conserve their vital customs and beliefs.

Carey F. Zimmerman
Executive Assistant
Ms. Zimmerman has held key administrative and managerial roles for over 16 years in organizations such as AG Epstein Co. and Grant Thornton L.L.P.
